Blessings Christian Church

Blessings Christian Church describes itself as a Protestant and evangelical church that embraces the gospel of salvation and reconciliation through Jesus Christ. It confesses the Apostles', Nicene and Athanasian creeds and holds to the Heidelberg Catechism, the Canons of Dort and the Belgic Confession, teaching that salvation is a gift received through faith in Christ, the only mediator between God and man.

Blessings Christian Church was instituted on 4 January 2015 and belongs to Classis Central Ontario of the Canadian Reformed Churches. It says it seeks the renewal of Hamilton through weekly worship, discipleship and gospel witness, and that it wants to make Jesus known in the city and to be a community where committed Christians can gather to worship.

In 2017 it began renting the Stanley Avenue Baptist Church building at 115 Stanley Avenue, which it now calls its church building and is renovating. Since 6 September 2026, while that work is done, it has worshipped in the building of First Hamilton Christian Reformed Church on Charlton Avenue West, at 9:00 in the morning, with an evening service at 6:30.
