Bethel Gospel Tabernacle

Bethel Gospel Tabernacle is a church on Hamilton Mountain that belongs to the Pentecostal Assemblies of Canada. Its statement of beliefs holds the Scriptures to be the infallible, inerrant and authoritative Word of God, confesses one God eternally existent in the Holy Trinity, and teaches that salvation is received through repentance toward God and faith in Jesus Christ. It affirms holy living, the present-day reality of the baptism in the Holy Spirit according to Acts 2:4, the gifts of the Spirit and the healing of the body, and practises believer's baptism by immersion and the Lord's Supper.

Bethel Gospel Tabernacle is on Upper Wellington Street on Hamilton Mountain, in the Hamilton section of the Pentecostal Assemblies of Canada’s Western Ontario District. Its lead pastor is Jonathan Bjorkman, and its website carries an appeal for a building expansion dated 2023 to 2025.

Since the 1970s, the church says, it has sent a fleet of buses into Hamilton neighbourhoods on Sunday mornings so that anyone who wants to go to church can get there; four large blue buses and three minibuses still run each week.

One service is held on Sunday mornings, at 10:00, and it is streamed live for those who ask for the link.
